Latin Breeze "Latin Breeze" was formed in las vegas in 1994 and has enjoyed great success in the metro area. They have shared the stage with the late Tito Puente, Tito Nieves, Tito Rojas and Eddie Palmieri. Their versatility is defined in two ways.
